You can request deletion of any personal data Learn2Earn School holds about you. We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and respond to every request within 30 days.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to info@learn2earnschool.com with:
- Subject line: Data Deletion Request
- Full name as registered with us
- Phone number and/or email address used when you contacted us or enrolled
- (Optional) Reason for the request — helps us improve, not required
Alternatively, you may WhatsApp us at +91 8828213266 with the same information.
What Happens Next
- We acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
- We verify your identity (you may be asked to confirm via the same email/phone used originally).
- We complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm in writing.
What Gets Deleted
- Contact form entries (name, email, phone, message)
- Mailing list subscriptions
- Course enquiry records
- Analytics-linked identifiers tied to your email/phone
What We Are Legally Required to Retain
Under the Income Tax Act, 1961 and applicable GST rules, we must retain the following for at least 7 years, even after a deletion request:
- Invoices and tax receipts (if you enrolled and paid a fee)
- Accounting books linking your transaction to our annual return
After the legal retention period expires, these records are also permanently deleted.
Withdrawing Marketing Consent (Different from Full Deletion)
If you only want to stop receiving WhatsApp/email batch updates but keep your enrolment record:
- Reply STOP to any WhatsApp broadcast, or
- Email info@learn2earnschool.com with subject “Unsubscribe”

If you are not satisfied with our response, write to us again with the subject line “ATTN: Grievance Officer” — your request will then be re-examined directly by a partner:
