These terms apply to enrolment in the Job-Ready .NET Developer Program at Learn2Earn School, Mira Road East, Mumbai. By paying the enrolment fee you accept them.
1. Program & Fees
- Duration: 60 class days over 12 weeks (about 3 months), Monday to Friday, approx. 4 hours a day (1 hour teaching + 3 hours supervised lab). Hybrid: classroom in Mira Road, live online, and remote lab access.
- Teaching language: Hinglish. Concepts are explained in Hindi; code, technical terms and interview practice are in English.
- Founding batch fee: ₹15,000 (batch capped at 10 students), payable in full at enrolment.
- Published list price: ₹35,000. Batch 2: ₹25,000. Batch 3: ₹35,000. The founding-batch price is a launch price for the first batch only.
- Fees are for training services. We do not use income-share agreements or pay-after-placement arrangements.
2. Refund Policy
- 7-day full refund: withdraw for any reason within 7 days of the batch start date and receive a full refund of the amount paid.
- After 7 days: refunds are pro-rata for the remaining unused weeks of the program, calculated on the fees you actually paid, less a ₹1,000 administration charge.
- If we cancel or postpone: if we cancel a batch, or postpone its start by more than 14 days, you can choose a full refund of everything you paid, with no deductions, or a seat in the next batch at the price you paid.

- We never apply a blanket “fees once paid are non-refundable” clause.
3. Batch Transfer
One free transfer to a later batch is available if requested before the end of week 3. Later transfers are subject to seat availability.
4. Attendance & Missed Classes
Every session is recorded for students who miss a class, and doubt-solving sessions run every alternate day. A minimum of 80% attendance is expected.
5. Certificate
A Certificate of Completion is issued to students who complete the program with at least 80% attendance and submit the capstone project.
6. Placement Support: What We Do and Do Not Promise
Placement support (interview preparation, mock interviews, resume and GitHub review, and job-readiness coaching) is provided for 6 months after completion. We do not guarantee a job, an interview, or any salary. Outcomes depend on the student’s effort, the job market, and employer decisions. This is consistent with the ASCI Guidelines for Advertising of Educational Institutions and the CCPA Guidelines for the Coaching Sector (2024).
7. Student Conduct
Students are expected to behave respectfully towards trainers and fellow students and to use lab systems only for course work. Serious misconduct may lead to removal from the program; refunds in such cases follow Section 2.
8. Changes to the Program
We may adjust the schedule or curriculum sequence to improve learning outcomes. Once you have paid, the total fee and duration for your batch are fixed and will not change.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Thane, Maharashtra.
